Quality starTS from cotton SEED

As our motto describes ” Quality and Timely delivery are the two eyes for the vision of future markets”. To produce quality towels – we need to procure quality cotton made fibers. To make the finest towel in the world – the basic element is finest cotton lang staple fibers. Our Raw material procure team ensures the quality of cotton by LAB TESTING of  fiber content, before start to woven it. These long-staple or long-fiber cottons are stronger, softer and more resistant to weave the world’s finest towels.

Quality on Making

Raw materials include cotton or cotton and polyester, depending on the composition of the towel in production, spin them with synthetics in order to get the type of yarn we need for production.Yarn is sized in order to be weave easily.

• Once the toweling is made that is one lengthy terry cloth roll since has no beginning or end. After that we washed with water bath with bleaching. After that we put into a water bath with bleaching chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, caustic de-foamers, and other proprietary ingredients. We make all toweling be dyed pure white before it is dyed any color. 
• In factory final visual checking inspection of the cut and hemmed towels occurs and they are carefully hand-folded and forwarded to packaging, where automatic packaging equipment forms a bag around the towels and UPC labels are attached to the bags. These packaged towels are moved to the stock room, awaiting transport out of the plant.

Quality in detailing

Towels are regularly checked for quality control throughout all the production process. Starting from yarn purchase, it is wholly checked for weight and must be the standard established by the company. Bleach and dye rolls of all fabric roll checked for appropriate chemical constitution through reputed lab test if needed.

During the weaving process, Our Company passes the towel roll over a lighted inspection table. Here our weavers and quality inspectors monitor the towel for weaving imperfections.  As all in all aspects of the process, visual checks are a key of our quality control—all involved in the process understand minimum accepted international standards and monitor the product every times.
